Alce Nero's choice is to provide a cookie with only Italian ingredients and not to accustom children to overly sweet tastes using only rice syrup and barley malt extract as sweeteners. Our cookies do not use aromas and are produced in a certified factory for the production of baby food.
Farro is, an ancient cereal that has been cultivated for centuries in Italy. It stands out from the other grains for its sweet taste and its long stem. We have chosen to feed your baby with this cereal, a valid Italian alternative to other grains, and to lead them towards the discovery of new flavors and the first solid foods.
Organic bull biscuits with Vitamin B1 comply with the regulations laid down in the Ministerial Regulation for Nutrition for Children (DPR n°,128 of 7 April 1999).
Ingredients: farro flour* (54%), rice syrup* (21%), extra virgin olive oil*, sunflower oil*, diastasate wheat flour*, fresh pasteurized milk*, fiocchi di riso*, malt extract, barley*, leavening agents (ammonium acid carbonate, sodium acid carbonate), vitamin B1. *Organic.
